This page answers common questions about preorders, dispatch, delivery estimates, tracking, returns and refunds.

Preorders

What is a preorder?
A preorder is an order placed for an item that is not yet available for immediate dispatch and is offered ahead of the official release date.
When will my preorder be dispatched?
Dispatch occurs only after the official release and once stock has been received. Any release or dispatch window shown on product pages is an estimate and may change due to distributor or manufacturer updates.
Can I cancel a preorder?
Yes. You may request cancellation and a full refund at any time before dispatch.
What if the release date changes?
Release dates are provided based on current supplier information and may change. If significant changes occur that affect your order, we will notify you using the email provided at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom. Any exceptions, where applicable, will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
Do delivery estimates include preorder waiting time?
No. Delivery estimates shown at checkout apply after dispatch only and do not include preorder waiting periods.
Do you split shipments?
If an order contains items with different availability, dispatch may occur together once all items are available or in separate shipments, where applicable.

Tracking & Order Status

When will I receive tracking?
Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch, once the parcel has been handed to the carrier. No tracking information is available before dispatch.
My order has not arrived yet — what should I do?
If your order has been dispatched and appears delayed beyond a reasonable timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can assist where appropriate.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns window?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item.
How do I request a return?
Please contact us by email with your order number and reason for the return request before sending any item back.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval.

Sealed Products

Can sealed trading card products be returned if opened?
Returns are accepted only if the item remains sealed, unopened and unused. Opened, unsealed or tampered items are not eligible for return unless faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.
